Parent's evenings
Report evenings
Twice a year parents can meet with staff to discuss school reports.

Year 9
February, "Meet the Teacher Evening": Parents of year 9 students meet their childs' teachers.

Year 11
February NCEA presentation and question and answers evening.

Newsletters
Information on school activities and requirements is distributed (or emailed by arrangement) to parents every three weeks.

Community Association
The Association meets monthly to discuss fundraising, social events and matters of interest to parents.

Reports
Student reports are posted out to parents:
Juniors receive JCEA reports once a term, and seniors receive interim reports in Term One.  All students receive full subject reports at mid-year and end of year.

Whanau Meeting
A monthly meeting to discuss issues affecting Maori students.

Board of Trustees
Parents wanting to talk to the Board of Trustees about matters of policy and governance may do so by arrangement.

Email
By arrangement, parents can communicate with teachers by email.
