Qualifications

Students are able to gain the following qualifications by the end of the course:
  • National Certificate in Hospitality Basic Cookery (Level 3)
  • National Certificate in Retailing Level 3
  • National Certificate in Educational Achievement Level 3 (NCEA)

University Entrance could only be obtained if students have previously achieved the 42 credits required from traditional Level 3 subjects.

In addition students can gain:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Barista Training
  • Entry in culinary competitions
