The Heretaunga College top academic achievers have been recognised at our senior academic prizegiving evening held on Thursday 31^st October 2024.

Snehith Jampala is this year's recipient of the Dux Litterarum. Snehith has achieved University Entrance and NCEA Level 3 with an Excellence endorsement. He is entered to do four scholarship exams; Calculus, Statistics, Physics and Japanese. Snehith is planning to major in Data Science next year at Victoria University of Wellington.

Grace Hole is this year's Dux Conatorum. This award goes to a student who has achieved at a high level academically, and has contributed significantly to school service. Grace has achieved NCEA Level 3 with an Excellence endorsement and has obtained UE. She was also the 2024 Community Captain. Grace was also this year's recipient of the Heretaunga College Home and School Award for Top Role Model and Volunteer Work. Grace will study Law and Psychology.

Tinkisha Patel is this year's Proxime Accessit. Tinkisha has achieved University Entrance and has also gained an Excellence endorsement for NCEA Level 3. She is planning on a future in the tech industry and will be studying Software Engineering at Victoria University. She is also sitting the technology scholarship examination. Tinkisha has also received a scholarship – Tangiwai Excellence for Victoria University of Wellington.
